Via Alvaro de Mendoza is our family home located in the Abruzzo/Marche region of Italy. We acquired the property in 2019 with the intention of turning it into our dream Italian residence. Over the past four years, it has been a continuous project during which we have completely repainted the entire house, created a charming terrazzo with a colonial aesthetic, and revitalized the garden, complete with a pool and a comfortable lounge area.
